    MISSING APPS AND EXTENSIONS
    If you don't have all the apps and extensions loaded on your computer, you may not be able to connect to the EOC testing site. EOC testing has started, so if you have trouble connecting to Questar-MOEOC (the log in page never loads) please come see me in the HelpDesk. 

    ARE YOU HAVING ISSUES TYPING IN A CELL ON A SPREADSHEET?
    IS THE TRACKPAD LAGGING WHEN YOU SCROLL OR CLICK?
    If you installed one of these extensions from the Chrome Store, DELETE them and then restart your chromebook: 

    After the Deadline (check spelling, style, and grammar in your browser) 
         -causes the disappearing text issue in Sheets and mild lagging when using the trackpad.

    Camera (take crazy pictures with your web camera) 
         -may cause jerkiness and lagging when using the trackpad. If you have this issue, disable the camera extension and see if that helps.

    If you don't know how to disable/delete an extension, come down to the HelpDesk.

After clicking the play button twice, if the video says it is unavailable in restricted mode, click "YouTube" on the bottom right side of the menu.
