LOST / STOLEN CHARGERS We've had a lot of chargers go missing over the last couple of weeks. Please make sure you do not let other students borrow your charger unless you are right there with them and also make sure that you do not leave your charger in a classroom or in a hallway. If you do lose your charger, please stop by the HelpDesk to see if it's been turned in. I currently have 6-7 chargers that have been left in classrooms/hallways this school year. If you can remember where you left your charger, I may have it here, so please check with me before assuming that someone stole it or that you have to pay for a replacement.
IF YOU ARE STILL GETTING A "YOUR CONNECTION IS NOT SECURE" ERROR
1) Restart Your Chromebook! Turn off your chromebook by holding the power button until the screen flashes and goes black or by choosing Shut Down in the menu. Restart it. Log into your chromebook and go back to the website that had the error. If you've shut down and restarted your chromebook and you still get the "your connection is not secure" error, then come to the HelpDesk.
ARE YOU HAVING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ISSUES?
- you can't change your background wallpaper. - you can't get to Apps to take class tests. - your chromebook doesn't show the blue & white Google "Sign in to your Chromebook" window when you sign out. - you are not receiving school emails on your chromebook. - you don't have all the apps and extensions on your chromebook after you log in.
Please come to the HelpDesk in the Library to get the issue fixed. Before you bring us your chromebook, make sure the files that are in your Downloads folder are copied into to your Google Drive or you will lose them.
After clicking the play button twice, if the video says it is unavailable in restricted mode, click "YouTube" on the bottom right side of the menu.
